Refund and Exchange policy

GlobalM2M Sims will accept the return of goods within 30 days and provide a full refund or exchange under the following conditions: Returns of Goods or returns for attention to services provided must be to the initial provider of the goods & services in the first instance – GlobalM2M Sims, or its authorised Reseller or Installer.

Returns must include:

  • The relevant invoice number and date of purchase
  • SIM card number
  • Goods are returned unused in their original condition and in undamaged original packaging
  • A written description of the fault / defect / issue is lodged with the initial provider of the goods & services or forwarded support@globalm2m.com.au
  • All freight and handling charges for the return of the Goods have been paid by you.
